Here at the BBQ institute we define grilling as the quick barbecuing of tender
cuts of meat. We stay out of the whole BBQ versus Grilling debate.
To us sharing great food with friends and loved ones is far more important
the debating words. This stand alone class is a perfect compliment to
our BBQ 101 class. We don't have a suggested preference for which of
the two classes you take first.

bring is a good appetite, clothing appropriate for the weather.
