"Advance Meat Class"


Book Early We limit class size to 12 students
In Monroe WA


This is our advanced me class for students who have complete BBQ101 or BBQ 151.  This is for students wanting to take their product to the next level.  We create an atmosphere of a back yard BBQ while learning from a grand champion Pitmaster.  Students will learn what can not be learned from reading the web.

We guarantee you'll cook better BBQ and we will give you the knowledge so that the class can pay for itself many time over.

  • Sausage Making New (Replaces Whole Hog)

  • Advance Brisket including Injecting

  • Advanced Pork Shoulder

  • Advanced Pork Ribs

  • Deep Smoke Prime Rib

  • Whole smoked Chicken

  • Stuffed Pork Tenderloin
