Day 2 BBQ Class
"Advance Meat Class"


Book Early We limit class size to 25 students


Meats will include:

  • USDA Prime and American Kobe Brisket.  Extensive comparative taste testing of the different grades of Brisket, with and without injecting using top competition products.

  • Regular and Kurobuta Pork shoulder competition style

  • Spare and Baby Back Ribs, complex dry rubbed and competition style

  • Deep Smoke Prime Rib

  • Whole smoked Chicken and Turkey

  • Twice Smoked and Glazed Ham

  • Glazed, complex rubs and stuffed Pork Loin and Tenderloin

  • Whole Hog

 

Intense 9 hour day from 9am to 6pm.  Protein and information overload.  Similar to the resort based Premium Class .
