for a barbeque class or client appreciation event at your location that is customized to you needs
and group size. We have done team building events that
have been featured in the Wall Street Journal. Konrad has
done military welcome home barbecues as large as 5,000 soldiers.
He likes to keep class sizes around 25 or less although large

Private Classes
Includes Pitmaster Konrad Haskins for 8 hours, class manuals and
standard meats. You provide location and BBQ Smoker.
Pricing for
below is minimum. Actual price is minimum or number
students multiplied by the cost of the class whichever is
higher. Fixed travel costs are quoted up front.
Midweek $1000/day, Weekends (Fri~Mon) $1,500/day

Open enrollment scheduled BBQ 101 is $299.
Private
BBQ101 is for a one day class
Minimum for one to six students it's $2000 Assuming $1,500
Weekend day and $500 Travel. Flat rate travel quote will
be provided up front.
For 7 to 12 it's $299 per student (or whatever number of
students at $299 each exceeds the minimum)
For 13 or more it's $269 per student and the host is free (or
whatever number of students over 13 at $269 each exceeds the
minimum)
You provide the location and the equipment. We provide Konrad,
spices, manuals and standard meats.
We can handle large groups and find 25 is the practical limit for
an interactive format. Much above 25 it's a lecture and
demo format. Although the price per student drops for a demo and
lecture format. No travel charge if I 'm within 100 miles of
your location.
